Yes, we offer delivery throughout all of Northern/Central California. First 30 miles are Free! Contact us for delivery quote.

No, we do not sell kits. Our sheds are delivered fully assembled so we do ask that you have enough access at your home for the building. We do, however, build on site if your access is an issue.

Yes! We finance with no credit check! All you need is two payments down and that’s it! The term is for 36 months and there is no prepayment penalties. You can payoff anytime before 36 months or you can return the building if you no longer need It. 

Yes! We rent our sheds on a month-to-month basis and after 36 payments the shed is yours! 

No site preparation is needed, however, it is best to have a flat leveled area. Our drivers will level the shed up to 12 inches at the most on one side using wooden blocks.

Yes you can! We offer plenty of options, styles and colors!

Our drivers have a dually truck with a tilt trailer. They will drive up to the area and unload the building. If driving up to the area is not possible, they do have a Mule that can maneuver it into place, as long as you have the room. You can always send us pictures and videos of your space to ensure it will fit. 

Yes we do. 5 Year warranty on the overall Shed. 30 year warranty on the metal roof and warranty on the siding!

That depends on your county, please contact your local building department for assistance with permitting. We do not require a permit to deliver it to you. 

No they don’t. To have the interior finished you would need to contact a professional.
